*Once onboarded through Headway, use this app to manage your assignments and get personalized opportunities that match your profile.
• Create a profile outlining your work preferences and skills • Receive alerts when an opportunity matches your profile • Request shifts with one tap and track your application status • Check in and check out of your shifts to track your time • Submit important information about your shift such as recaps, photos, and receipts in one place*New workers will need to connect with a Headway Recruiter and be onboarded prior to seeing shifts through the app.
If you are not a current Headway employee, you will be contacted by a recruiter and if selected, you will be granted access to selecting shifts through the App.
